Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) students won a bronze medal and secured fourth place at the Campus Legends Invitational Tournament held in Singapore from October 25-27.
The team showcased exceptional skills in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang competition, where they competed against leading university teams from across the region.
The team comprised Muhamad Hairol Arif Thane bin Khairul Amin; Ghazi Al Ghifari bin Haji Sani; Muhammad Nazirul Na’im bin Amirul Shukri; Mohd Hafiz Shah bin Shahrolwardi; and Mohammad Akmal Erwin bin Mohammad Zahrin. The team qualified for the tournament by becoming champions in the national qualifiers, organised by the Esports Association of Brunei.
The team competed against teams from Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam. The bronze finish marks an achievement for Brunei’s esports community, highlighting the country’s growing presence on international stage.
