Six agreements were signed between the government of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and government of Bahrain on Saturday during the monarch’s state visit to the Middle Eastern kingdom.
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, accompanied by His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen, began the state visit with a welcoming ceremony at Gudaibiya Palace in Manama.
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was accompanied to the palace by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain.
The royal visitors were welcomed on arrival by His Majesty the King of Bahrain.
