A delegation from the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) led by President Professor Hidetoshi Nishimura paid a courtesy call to Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) yesterday.
Permanent Secretary (Community) at the MCYS Hajah Nor Ashikin binti Haji Johari and officials were also present along with Senior Advisor to the President Tetsuya Watanabe, Advisor to the President on Brunei Darussalam Affairs Hiroshi Okouchi, Deputy Director-General for ASEAN and East Asian Affairs and Administration Daisuke Tsukao and Senior Policy Advisor for International Agricultural Cooperation Masanori Kozono.
ERIA delegates discussed with the minister on promoting Brunei Darussalam’s social care through the ASEAN Socio Cultural Community Council with ERIA.
