Food delivery service GoMamam raised BND2,000 in an April donation campaign for the Society for the Management of Autism Related issues in Training, Education and Resources (SMARTER) Brunei.
A handover ceremony was held recently, attended by SMARTER Brunei Chief Executive Officer Sharifah Adila Surya binti Malai Haji Abdullah, SMARTER Brunei President Pengiran Zamri bin Pengiran Haji Bujang, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of GoMamam, Abdul Hadi bin Haji Adanan, and Chief Operating Officer of GoMamam, Buniyamin bin Rambli.
Pelangi Restaurant and Hungry Hippo also sponsored vouchers and bento sets.
After the handover ceremony, the staff of GoMamam and SMARTER Brunei participated in activities and game sessions. This included a colouring activity, musical chair and a relay – where GoMamam staff interacted with the students and developed a better understanding of individuals living with autism.
