Progresif Enterprise Xperience Centre (EXC), a state of the art private network monitoring service for clients requiring additional insights and ensure robustness of their network, was launched at Progresif Sdn Bhd’s headquarters recently.
It was designed in-house by Progresif and the service emphasises on security, performance, cluster management and reporting as part of the telco’s managed service offerings.
Progresif Chief Executive Officer Hajah Nurul Haniah binti Haji Jaafar launched EXC at the event attended by Malaysian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Dato’ Raja Reza bin Raja Zaib Shah, Singaporean Deputy High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Shaun Grosse, Chinese Embassy in Brunei Darussalam’s Economic and Commercial Counsellor Kangwen, Progresif partners and management.
Hajah Nurul Haniah expressed hope that EXC will support Progresif’s existing and new clients by improving the quality of life and work through digital inclusivity.
She said Progresif started its foray into the enterprise market after the local telecommunication industry’s transformation in 2020 and the telco rebranded its enterprise department as Progresif Enterprise Solutions in 2021. To date, Progresif Enterprise works with over 300 organisations ranging from government entities to large corporations and small and medium enterprises.
With digitalisation as part of Brunei Vision 2035, several innovative developments were made in the Sultanate by public and private institutions over the past few years.
Progresif aims to play a key role in digitalisation with plans to expand in the enterprise market through the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) applications and others.
Hajah Nurul Haniah said EXC sales experts offer tailored solution to safeguard clients’ mission critical data with the highest level of security and operation reliability.
Among EXC’s offerings was ‘Never Get Disconnected’, a solution to ensure a client’s connection is not interrupted during an outage by keeping its core applications active, she said.
Another offering is SD-Wan, a software defined wide area network (WAN) solution combining multiple transport (data transmission, broadband and LTE 4G or 5G) to securely connect and manage multiple sites.
There is also ‘Proactive Automated Ticketing Feature’, an automated ticketing service that tracks outages in real time, eliminating the need for clients to have monitoring team around the clock.
