A passing out parade for the completion of the Fire and Rescue Department’s (FRD) basic training course for male trainees was held at the parade ground of the FRD training centre in Kampong Lambak Kanan on Friday.
Acting Director of Fire and Rescue Azmi bin Haji Hafneh presented awards to the best trainees in five categories: Mohammad Haiman bin Roshidi for best in theory, Muhammad Safwan bin Awang Mohamad Taha for best in practical, Muhammad Abdul Wafiy bin Haji Ismail for best in physical training, Awangku Mohammad Adri Imani bin Pengiran Sahari for best overall and Mohd Shah bin Haji Muhammad for being the best trainer.
The trainees were urged to continue to improve discipline and avoid violating public service regulations. – James Kon
