Members of the Belait District Senior Citizens Association (PWEDB) commemorated the 40th National Day with a flag-hoisting ceremony at the residence of their general secretary Mohd Yunos bin Haji Pungut recently.
The ceremony aimed to instil the spirit of patriotism among senior citizens as well as offer the members a platform to participate and give back to the community.
Among those present at the event were President Dr Haji Mohd Shah bin Imam Haji Ahmad and Advisor Haji Pungut bin Ali. – Daniel Lim
