Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) will hold the 2024 annual general meeting (AGM) on November 1 at 9.30am at Tarindak D’Seni, Jalan Residency.
Only registered BIBD members as of the book closure date, September 21, are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM. Registration will take place from 8am to 9.15am.
Members must present their original identity card (IC) or passport for verification upon registration.
Members unable to attend can appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
The proxy nomination and authorisation form, along with a copy of the member’s IC or passport and details of the appointed proxy, must be submitted to BIBD’s share registrar, Tricor (B) Sdn Bhd, at least 48 hours before the meeting. BIBD has partnered with Aegis Secure Data Solutions Sdn Bhd to deliver AGM documents to registered member addresses. – Fadley Faisal
