A religious teacher will learn of his fate for sexually assaulting a minor female pupil.
Mohammad Ali Yusni bin Haji Bujang had been acquitted of the charge by the Intermediate Court earlier, but prosecutors appealed against the findings.
The Court of Appeal on Saturday reversed the decision on discovering an error, effectively putting a conviction in place of the acquittal.
