Over 450 confirmed members have been identified, including individuals who have not yet been contacted or have recently updated their contact details in the CHMS Alumni Association’s Member Data Optimisation Project.
The project currently in its first phase is focusing on enhancing the alumni contact network and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information to strengthen communication and collaboration.
Currently, members are classified into four categories based on their initial registration: Lifetime Member, Ordinary Member, Special Member, and Affiliate Member.
According to Vice President Lim, “The scope of this project is extensive and will rely on the joint efforts of the committee members for successful implementation. He also extended his gratitude for their support.”
Meanwhile, Public Relations Officer Lim Ming Tiong said building a complete alumni network is critical for the association’s long-term development.
Committee member Tan Mee Lan said organising and updating the member information is an important step to ensure the association operates according to regulations and will also assist in the planning and execution of future events.
The alumni also reminded the public to be aware of fraud. The alumni association will only verify and update the members’ names and latest contact number. The association will never request bank card details, account passwords, or financial information, nor will ask for online transfers or any form of payment. If any of the members receive suspicious messages, please remain cautious and verify through official channels to prevent fraudsters from impersonating the alumni association.
