The recitation of Tahlil and Surah Yaasiin was held on Sunday at the Surau of Youth Centre in the capital for the participants of the 1992 Ship for Southeast Asia Youth Programme (SSYEAP) who had passed away.
The ceremony was also organised to forge closer ties among former participants of the SSYEAP.
