Thirty-four participants of the Post-Singapore Workshop on ‘Skills Upgrading in Hotel Management with Industry 4.0 (Customer Relationship Management) in the hospitality industry’ received certificates of completion yesterday.
The post training organised by Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation for Vocational and Technical Education and Training (SEAMEO Voctech), in collaboration with Temasek Foundation International and the Institute of Technical Education-Education Services Singapore, was held at The Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong on October 17 and 18.
Participants comprised representatives from secondary schools, SEAMEO Voctech, Institute of Brunei Technical Education and the Rizqun International Hotel.
SEAMEO Voctech Centre Director Alias bin Haji Abu Bakar and ARH Group of Hotel Director of Operations Siti Rashidah Hassan presented the certificates.
Acting Head of Hospitality Department at Institute of Brunei Technical Education Nurul Rafidah binti Haji Ibrahim was also present. – Lyna Mohamad
