The Youth Entrepreneur Sales Event at the Language and Literature Bureau (DBP) Seria Library saw residents of Seria spend the weekend with games and activities.

More than 23 vendors comprising young entrepreneurs and business owners gathered and set up booths and stalls.

The event which started on Saturday was held in conjunction with the 17th National Youth Day celebration.

In addition to the booths and stalls, games and activities were held including a Silat performance by Seni Warisan Pelangi Brunei Association (PSWP), as well as ‘Rabbit Show and Tell’ by Happy Rabbit.

The library hoped that the two-day event provided opportunities for local entrepreneurs to promote their businesses while also encouraging residents to participate in the activities hosted by the library as well as to instil a love for reading.

Meanwhile, a two-day Youth Entrepreneurs Sales Event that DBP Sengkurong organised last Thursday aimed at helping small and medium entreprises (SME) promote their businesses.

Various other activities were also held on the sidelines, including ‘Musang Berjanggut’, book page guessing games, spices and local fruits, shoot and win and spin a wheel.

Participating businesses were Happy Rabbit, Shin Cat Lover, Zahra Callista, Aidijuma, Fiqah Sabtu Henna, Rulz Warisan, Syarikat Teratak Seroja, Gerai Tetuhap Laku, Dapur FiqSya, Abdul Qayyum Haikal Enterprise and MinWarriors Globeauty Empire.
