The Kampong Lambak Youth Association (PERBEKAL) organised a Khatam Al-Quran and donation presentation ceremony for 15 orphans at the Youth Centre in Bandar Seri Begawan.
The event, held in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan, began with welcoming remarks by President Pengiran Haji Nordin bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, followed by the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah. Haji Zakaria bin Haji Liman led Takhtim Al-Quran and the Khatam prayer.
A Dikir Marhaban performance was presented by PERBEKAL members before the highlight of the ceremony – the distribution of donations to 15 orphans.
Pengiran Haji Nordin presented contributions to the male recipients while Vice President Siti Seriana binti Haji Mohammad Yussof presented donations to the female recipients.
