Some 20 young women learnt basic skills in beauty therapy during a the Artisan Skills programme organised by the Youth Development Centre (PPB) in the Belait District recently.
The course, organised by the centre in collaboration with Belait Youth and Sports Department, saw the youth learn tips and tricks on the beautification of eyelashes, both in theory and in practical sessions.
The programme is an initiative by the centre to provide basic life training that can immediately used in everyday life or to pursue new endeavours.
PPB Assistant Director Haswandi bin Haji Osman was on hand to give out certificates of participation.
Previously, the PPB also conducted a 3D Design Software and 3D Printing workshop as part of the Artisan Skills programme. – Daniel Lim
