The Young Entrepreneurs Association Brunei (YEAB) held their first YEAB workshop series in Kampong Kiulap on Saturday.

The workshop titled ‘YEAB Workshop I: Chasing Overdue Invoices’ marked a milestone for the association in its efforts to support and empower young entrepreneurs in Brunei. The session was led by partner at Hasnah Hassan and Associates Aziimah Hambali, who also serves as legal secretary to YEAB.

The interactive session enabled the participants to dive into the causes of delayed payments and unpaid invoices and explore ways to combat the issues.

As timely payments are effective for every business’ financial health, the workshop probed the participants to scrutinise their existing internal systems and look into alternative methods and mechanisms that could help improve their business transactions and administrative processes.

The workshop encouraged discussion and engagement among participants, resulting in a productive and insightful experience.
