The workshop provided practical guidance on effective CV writing, interview techniques, and professional workplace etiquette. Its key objectives included helping participants understand the essential components of a well-structured CV, boosting self-confidence during verbal communication, and raising awareness of the importance of professionalism and work ethics.

Participants were also given the opportunity to take part in mock interview sessions and receive immediate feedback from facilitators in a hands-on, interactive environment.

Guest facilitators from the Brunei Job Centre, Mohd Khairul Hasbullah bin Haji Anuar and Awang Haji Abd Azim bin Haji Salleh, led the sessions, offering valuable insights, sharing personal experiences, and engaging directly with attendees.

UNISSA remains committed to organising similar skills development programmes to empower its students and alumni, with the broader aim of enhancing graduate employability. Through such initiatives, participants are expected to enter the workforce with greater confidence, professionalism, and competitiveness. – Fadley Faisal
