Pengiran Haji Zainal bin Pengiran Talib and Hajah Kertini binti Orang Kaya Paduka Setia Diraja Abang Haji Abu Hanifah shared their insights on leadership and management with youth and students in the Belait District as part of a workshop at the Language and Literature Bureau (DBP) Library in Kampong Pandan yesterday.
Village Consultative Council of Pekan Kuala Belait in collaboration with the Women’s Welfare Association (PKP) organised the workshop.
Pengiran Haji Zainal and Hajah Kertini spoke on the proper mindset and techniques of being a leader, shared tips and tricks based on their years of experience as senior members in associations and groups they were in.
