Ninety students participated in a workshop under Projek Sayang Diri at Sultan Hassan Secondary School in Temburong District recently.
The workshop, organised by the Health Promotion Centre (HPC) in collaboration with Big BWN Project, aimed to raise awareness on mental health among high school students. The workshop covered the importance of mental health, discussions on combating stigma and activities to improve mental well-being.
The workshop was also held at Tanjong Maya Secondary School, Tutong District, joined by 120 students.
Projek Sayang Diri is an initiative under the Friends of HPC as part of the Brunei Darussalam Mental Action Plan 2022-2025. – Lyna Mohamad
