The photo below was captured when I was on my way to Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas for a late night jog on January 13 around 11pm. The weather was fine and cool with a slight drizzle.
However, I was puzzled to see the road leading to the park slightly underwater. I remember reading in a recent Opinion page about the flooded road, which I believe was caused by heavy rain. The day the photo was taken, there was no rain. My question is what caused the flooding? Are the authorities doing something to address this?
