Brunei Darussalam saw a downward trend of new COVID-19 cases last week as the number of daily cases dropped to 434 cases compared to 503 the week before, according to data from the Ministry of Health.
Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar shared the figures at a press conference yesterday.
The minister said 38,422 antigen rapid test (ART) results were uploaded to the BruHealth app within a week, of which 7.8 per cent were positive ART test results.
The minister added that 388 new cases were reported yesterday: 384 cases from ART tests and four from 193 RT-PCR laboratory tests performed in the past 24 hours.
