Damai Mediation in partnership with the Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre (BDAC) , supported by LZ Hussain & Co Advocates and Solicitors, Institute of Surveyors, Engineers and Architects (PUJA) and the Asian Law Students Association (ALSA) organised a Mediation Webinar titled ‘Let’s talk about Mediation’ on January 21.
Damai Mediation is the first registered Alternative Dispute Resolution practice in the country with Lailatul Zubaidah binti Hussain as its Principal and Founder.
During the Webinar, Accredited Mediators of Damai Mediation Owen Hearty and Carly Stewart, provided an overview of the benefits of mediation as well as the mediation process.
Damai Mediation found the response from the community encouraging and plans for more webinars.
