I was recently in a hospital elevator when a man coughed on me. The fact that he was standing right next to a sign that told visitors to mask up on premises was not lost on me.
The man was obviously under the weather. Should he even be out and about, let alone going around coughing on others?
With so many people falling ill lately, we should all be more careful. Just because the COVID-19 pandemic is “officially over” doesn’t mean that we should forget about all that we have learned in the past few years, including masking up when we’re unwell.
