The Public Works Department (JKR) announced that the water and gas bill payment counters at Water Services Department in Jalan Tasek Lama, JKR Tutong, JKR Kuala Belait and Seria are open starting today.
However, the department encourages the public to make water and gas bill payments online, through mobile app or cash deposit machines (CDMs) for Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD), Baiduri Bank and Standard Chartered Bank clients.
