Belait District residents experienced water disruptions yesterday due to urgent repairs on water pipes at Jalan Satu Selatan, Seria.
At press time, some of the affected areas were Mukim Kuala Belait, Mukim Kuala Balai, and Kampong Panaga, the Public Works Department (JKR) stated.
The department has also provided blue water tanks located at Panaga Primary School, Panaga Police Station, as well as at Jalan Parak, Jalan Kalajiau, and Jalan Teripas.
The department advised the public to practise prudence in consuming water. The public can contact Darussalam Line 123 for clean water supply via tankers. – Daniel Lim
