The Public Works Department (JKR) at the Ministry of Development announced that there will be a water supply disruption or low water pressure today from 9pm in Sungai Bakong, Jalan Kecil Sungai Bakong, Kampong Lumut areas of Belait District.
The disruption is due to the installation of a new pipe measuring 150 millimetres at Simpang 76, Jalan Kecil Sungai Bakong, Lumut.
Meanwhile, the department also announced that repairs to the main water pipe measuring 914 millimetres in Jalan Kebangsaan is completed.
JKR said water supply will be restored but it will take time for complete recovery.
The department while urging water conservation said the public can contact Darussalam line 123 for water supply via tankers.
