A delegation from the Wargamas Association met with officials from the Indonesian embassy in Brunei Darussalam to discuss future social projects and collaborations yesterday.
The two parties also discussed networking activities with similar associations in Indonesia.
The visit officially established ties between the association and the embassy. Leading the delegation was Wargamas President Haji Abu Bakar bin Haji Mohd Don.
The delegation was welcomed by Indonesian Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam Dr Sujatmiko.
The ambassador shared that the embassy welcomes the association with open arms and recognise the importance of the older generation in sharing experience and knowledge with the next generation.
