We would like to respond to the letter, ‘Concerns over huge water bill’, published in the Opinion page on September 7, 2024.
The Public Works Department (JKR) highly appreciates the author, HABS, for bringing the issue to our attention.
We would like to encourage members of the public to approach our service counters and units during working hours for any enquiries relating to water bills:
