Fifteen students enrolled in the Pearson Business and Technology Educational Council (BTEC) Level 2 in Hospitality at Sayyidina Abu Bakar Secondary School (SMSAB) paid an educational visit to McDonald’s Brunei Lambak Drive-Thru on Tuesday.
The students engaged in a comprehensive store visit, participated in mock interview sessions related to their coursework and explored the important aspects of marketing, operations and food safety.
The activities equipped the students with insights into crucial elements of food safety, essential industry skills, and the day-to-day workings of the fast-food sector. The visit concluded with exchange of souvenirs.
