The polling for Mukim Keriam’s Kampong Bukit Panggal and Luagan Dudok village head was held at Kampong Luagan Dudok Community Centre yesterday.
The sole candidate was Mohammed Dandarawi bin Haji Nasar, 31. Some 123 voted in the ballot with 91 votes in favour, 29 against and three spoiled votes.
Legislative Council member Yang Berhormat Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hamdan, Acting Tutong District Officer Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Mukim Keriam penghulu and village heads as well as officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) were present.
The results will be submitted to Board of Appointments, Discipline and Procedures for Mukim Penghulu and Village Heads at the MoHA for processing. – Adib Noor
