United States (US) Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam Caryn McClelland paid a visit to Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (BKISHHB) yesterday.

During the visit, the two parties expressed interest in exploring potential cooperation in areas such as conservation, management, research, information dissemination and marketing.

The BKISHHB hoped that the cooperation could be formalised in the near future to allow them to further expand the network with institutions in the US.

Earlier, the US ambassador signed a commemorative book, followed by an exchange of mementos.

The delegation toured the galleries before holding a discussion in the Special Gallery Room.

The delegation also visited the ‘Rambut Mulia Rasulullah SAW’ gallery which is open to the public until September 28. – Rokiah Mahmud
