I am writing to bring attention to a critical issue affecting my residence at Simpang 395, Kampong Sungai Tilong.
For several months, my household has been grappling with an inconsistent and often non-existent water supply – a basic necessity for daily life.
This situation is particularly perplexing as my immediate neighbour faced similar challenges several years ago, which were eventually resolved.
Currently, I am the only resident in the area experiencing this persistent problem.
We have exhausted all avenues for resolution. Multiple plumbers, including the original plumber responsible for connecting our home to the primary water supply during construction, have confirmed that the issue lies not within our property but with the main source.
Despite numerous calls and service tickets, we have received no meaningful assistance.
While we appreciate the temporary measure of daily water deliveries, this has inadvertently become a long-term arrangement, which is neither sustainable nor satisfactory.
This matter urgently requires resolution. Water is not a luxury but a fundamental necessity.
The prolonged lack of proper supply has significantly disrupted our quality of life and daily routines.
I respectfully request an investigation into the root cause of the issue with the main water supply to my home and the implementation of a permanent solution. Temporary relief is no longer sufficient.
I hope to prompt swift action from the relevant authorities to restore a reliable water supply to my residence.
