Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) through the Student Affairs Office (HEP) held an event to appoint the new Student Representative Council for 2021/2022 session and show appreciation to student leaders from 2020/2021 session.
Seven executive committee members and 11 members of the executive committee of the Student Representative Council for the 2021/2022 session were appointed.
Year 2 student from the Bachelor of Arabic Language programme Abdul Shafiq bin Roszani was appointed the President of the Student Representative Council for the 2021/2022 session.
UNISSA Rector Dr Haji Norarfan bin Haji Zainal called on the new student leaders to be trustworthy, tabligh and fathanah as well as strike a balance between education and the association. He also expressed appreciation to the former student representative council for their efforts and commitment.
