GWM Brunei, under Berjaya Sdn Bhd, recently donated basic necessities to underprivileged families in Kampong Melilas, Belait District through its GWM Drive for a Good Cause Donation campaign.
The contribution collected from GWM customers and Berjaya staff and management, was distributed to the needy at the GWM Brunei showroom, led by Berjaya sales manager, Kelly Chin.
The convoy of 12 GWM cars covered a distance of 253 kilometres, delivering basic necessities such as rice, canned food, drinks, crackers and instant noodles to the underprivileged families.
The campaign concluded with an iftar buffet at a hotel where convoy participants received certificates of appreciation from GWM Brunei. – Lyna Mohamad
