Two youth who completed the fourth intake of a hair cutting course at Youth Development Centre received certificates recently.
Youth Development Centre Acting Director Haswandi bin Haji Osman officiated the event.
Abdul Wafi Syazwan bin Supri. facilitated the course. The trainees underwent a one-month job placement at two enterprises which subsequently hired them.
The course was aimed at providing skills and knowledge to youth interested in the barber trade. The programme saw four intakes since 2020 with 11 trainees completing the courses and securing employment. – Adib Noor
