Two foreign women were detained by the Anti-Vice and Gambling Suppression Unit under the Royal Brunei Police Force’s (RBPF) Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on Tuesday for alleged involvement in offering sexual services.
A raid targetting two rooms at a hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan found the suspects aged 34 and 44 allegedly offering sexual services, according to the RBPF. Police personnel unearthed several evidence including mobile phone, cash, condoms and lubricant believed to be used for immoral activities.
The suspects and evidence were brought back to the CID for investigations.
The cases are being investigated under Section 294A, Chapter 22 of the Penal Code for the offence of offering sexual services.
