Twelve basketball teams are vying to lift the championship of season 10 of Brunei Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) Basketbolista (BOB) that top off on Tuesday night at Brunei Basketball Association Court in Batu Bersurat.
The annual tournament is spearheaded by its founders Chester Almario, Jefferson Garduque, Rommel Romero, Reynaldo Sta Teresa, Kristine Sanchez and other organisers.
According to BOB, the tournament aims to continue the commitment in providing sport-based work-life balance initiatives to OFW working in Brunei Darussalam to ensure health and wellness.
BOB believes that sport-based wellness initiatives are essential in providing opportunity to OFW to reduce stress and challenge themselves to improve and take care of their physical health.
