Tutong Sixth Form Centre welcomes new students

The Tutong Sixth Form Centre (PTET) welcomed 175 new students for the 2024/2025 session recently during the Lower Six Entry and Orientation event carried out over four days.

The event began with a school assembly in the morning, where teachers, parents of the new intakes and students participated in the singing of the national anthem and the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, Sayyidul Istighfar and Doa Selamat.

The event proceeded with a welcoming speech by PTET Principal Muhd Shahnofazli bin Haji Sabli followed by briefings by school officials.

The new students participated in an oath-taking ceremony led by Muhammad Afif Suhai bin Haji Supri.

The new students were directed to their classes for registration before touring the school.

The morning session ended with Zohor prayer and lunch break.

The orientation programme continues today.
