The Tutong District Scouts Association (PPDT) held a discussion on building youth through education themed ‘Discussing Youth Approach Through Education’ as part of the Day of Action 2022 campaign at the Tutong Youth Centre yesterday.
Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad and Chief Commissioner of the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association Skipper Haji Badar bin Haji Awang Ali attended the event.
The ceremony began with the recitation of the scouts pledge and Doa after which the floor was opened for discussion, moderated by Skip Khairil Annuar Yaakub, and concluded with the reading of the resolution.
After the event, the minister visited a mini handicraft display by scout members in the district.
