The Tutong Senior Citizen Activity Centre (PKWE) held a Doa Kesyukuran ceremony at Tutong PKWE’s premise to mark the centre’s 6th anniversary recently.
Penghulu of Mukim Pekan Tutong Haji Salim bin Haji Othman was the guest of honour. Tutong PKWE manager Haji Hamaffi bin Md Yassin said the ceremony served as a platform to express gratitude for the developments and achievements made by the centre, including organising activities and programmes for its members.
He added that the ceremony aims to motivate its members to continue working together and support the centre’s activities and programmes. The ceremony was enlivened with a Dikir Asyrakal recitation. – Rokiah Mahmud
