Turkish Embassy in Brunei Darussalam

The Turkish Embassy in Brunei Darussalam is organising a Turkish Cuisine Workshop in conjunction with Global Turkish Cuisine Week from May 21 until tomorrow, together with its certified Turkish Chef Adem Can.

The gastronomical event was held at the Turkish Residence on May 22. Ten participants were selected from the embassy’s Instagram followers.

During the workshop, participants were expected to learn the skills and methodology of making three delectable and flavourful Turkish dishes and delicacies according to traditional recipes, namely – kısır (Bulghur salad) yaprak sarma (stuffed vine leaves) and tulumba tatlısı (syrup-soaked pastry).
