Prosecutor Nur Hidayatul Aeny Alisah binti Haji Zullizam yesterday levelled charges against Mohammad Zulazlainie bin Zolealiffin, 33, Zoelaliffin bin Haji Mohammad Zaini, 55, and Pengiran Rafiuddin bin Pengiran Mohamad, 37.
Magistrate Nur Eleana binti Dato Seri Paduka Haji Hairol Arni heard the charges spanned multiple incidents, locations, and dates, involving allegations of house-breaking and theft.
The charges against Mohammad Zulazlainie included several counts of theft, Zoelaliffin faced additional charges related to house-breaking and theft, while Pengiran Rafiuddin was implicated in charges concerning house-breaking and theft.
In total, the defendants collectively faced 15 charges, involving locations in Jalan Muara, Kampong Kapok, Gadong, Batu Satu, Tanah Jambu, Tanjong Bunut, and Kilanas, from eateries to vehicles between February to April.
No pleas have been recorded and the case is scheduled to be heard by the Intermediate Court on June 10. – Fadley Faisal
