The Intermediate Court recently fixed a trial to run from March 18 to April 26, 2024 in a case involving a 46-year-old man who allegedly sexually assaulted his underage daughters.
The man, whose identity was not revealed to protect the victims, denied the allegations of sexually assaulting both his seven-year-old and nine-year-old daughters at their house in early August. The man has denied all allegations.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Nur ‘Adliatul binti Haji Mohd Zaidi’s mentioned the penalties of imprisonment will range from three to 10 years, with whipping.
