Faizah binti Haji Morni was overjoyed as she won the grand prize of a brand new iPhone 16 Plus 128GB at the Straits Central Agency (SCA) Travel Service lucky draw on Sunday.
Other winners included Haslinda binti Muhd Hasnan, who won a Samsonite luggage bag, Nabilah Kamalia Amani binti Mohd Shah, who took home a DJI Neo Handheld Drone, and Haji Najmuddin, who won a DJI Osmo Mobile 6 Stabiliser.
Mario Fontillas secured a stay at Mercure Hotel in Kota Kinabalu, while Shellen Koh won a stay at Hyatt Centric in Kota Kinabalu. Five consolation prize winners, who each received a MYR300 Parkson cash voucher, were Jennifer E Nicholas, Muthu Muhammad Nadhiar, May Lim Jian Lin, Naqqiyah binti Ali, and Nurul Amal Ishamina Athirah Muntassir.
The draw was part of the Sabre Brunei Travel Fair 2024, where travellers who purchased air tickets through SCA were eligible to enter.
Director of Tourism Malaysia Brunei Hazrina Azman and SCA General Manager Nur Khadijah binti Abdullah presented prizes to the winners at the closing ceremony of the two-day fair held at the Arena Hall, Indoor Stadium. – Lyna Mohammad
