Eleven trainees from the fifth cohort of iSkill trainees were feted in a ceremony on Monday for completing a three-month industrial placement programme at Serikandi Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd.
The ceremony at Serikandi Café and Restaurant Ballroom, Kuala Belait saw trainees receive certificates of appreciation to acknowledge their commitment and achievements during their tenure with the company.
Chairman and Managing Director of Serikandi Group of Companies Shaikh Haji Khalid bin Shaikh Haji Ahmad, accompanied by Contract Holder for Offshore Maintenance and Integrity Support from Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd Chua Kheng Taat were at the ceremony.
Also present was Serikandi Chief Executive Officer Revi Bhaskaran.
To date, the company has mentored 103 trainees in various disciplines, including scaffolding, rigging and marker-fitter. – Daniel Lim
