Nasi katok is a staple for a lot of Bruneians. So I was shocked to learn that it has increased from BND1 to BND1.50 due to the current inflation crisis. But it is also understandable, given that price hikes are pretty much across the board.
Perhaps now is the time to consider learning to grow our own vegetables and enjoy the fruits of our labour.
