A full-dress rehearsal for Thursday’s get-together ceremony with His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in conjunction with the monarch’s 77th birthday celebration was held at the field of Temburong District Community Hall Complex, Pekan Bangar yesterday.
Minister of Home Affairs Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman as the chairman of the National Committee for His Majesty’s 77th birthday celebration oversaw the rehearsal.
Permanent secretaries, deputy permanent secretaries, acting deputy permanent secretary as well as Temburong’s national committee members for the royal birthday celebration were also present. – James Kon
