Progresif Sdn Bhd announced the re-opening of its renovated store at The Mall yesterday.
Designed with a modern, customer-focused approach, the revamped space reflects Progresif’s commitment to delivering an enhanced and seamless experience for its customers.
The official re-opening ceremony began with a prayer followed by a welcoming address by Progresif Chief Executive Officer Hajah Nurul Haniah binti Haji Jaafar.
The event concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony officiated by members of the company’s leadership team.
The renovated store is designed to provide personalised assistance and foster meaningful connections with every visit. Progresif Chief Operating Officer Yazdi Yahya said, “By creating spaces that offer more choices and include features such as in-store cafés, we aim to enhance the overall customer experience while serving our valuable customer in a more relaxed and inviting environment.”
To commemorate the re-opening, customers making transactions at the store will receive a 2025 Progresif calendar or notebook. The Mall branch is the first location to distribute Progresif’s yearly merchandise.
