Team Star emerged champion, winning themselves the Sports Day Overall Champion trophy, while Team Planet won the Best House trophy at Jigsaw Primary School‘s annual Sports Day at the school premise on May 9 for lower primary and upper primary students, and May 11 for kindergarten students.
Some 435 students participated across 32 events.
The event began with the sports houses’ march pass followed by competitions. A total of 111 gold, 111 silver and 129 bronze medals were awarded to winners.
The school’s annual sports day provided students with a platform to showcase their athletic abilities, foster a sense of unity and sportsmanship.
Chief Executive Officer and Principal Helen Chin, and Chief Operating Officer, Medical Advisor and member of the Board of Directors Dr Jimmy Chin attended the ceremony. – James Kon
