Maintenance works will be carried out on Talian Darussaam 123 (TD123) on April 27 from 12am until 2am, the E-Government National Centre (EGNC) said.
TD123’s communication channels – Hotline 123, WhatsApp LiveChat, LiveChat website and TD123 mobile application – will not be accessible on the date and time mentioned.
The public is advised to contact TD123 through other channels, email (info@123.com.bn), Facebook, Instagram and X (@td123bn), and online form on the website 123.gov.bn.
The public can also contact the temporary hotline 8333123 (accepting only one call at a time) and Telegram LiveChat 7474128, while the maintenance work is being carried out.
